[General] On Top of the World

Just a quick mention of the 37-18 record that my boys have amassed through the first third of the season.

This means that they are tied--with Atlanta--for the best record in baseball.

Not in the AL.

In Baseball.

Also worth noting is that the Yankees won as many games in May as, um, Detroit. Pardon me while I laugh my ass off. Which isn't to say that they won't go to the playoffs or win another world title, because they probably will. But still, when they do something supremely embarrassing, it's important to notice. When you hate the Yankees, it's good to revel in the little failures.
